Ken Gerdau is the owner and founding member of Pacifica Foods, LLC in Corona, California, which creates and manufactures a variety of custom sauces, dressings, salsas, soups, etc. for the retail, club and food service industries.  Prior to working at Pacifica Foods, Ken worked for 15 years in the wine industry and four and half years in the restaurant industry.

Ken is an active participant in the non-profit community, having served on the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation from 1994-2003.  He remains very active in PCRF fundraising events, and has been a member of the organizing committee for the Rod Carew Children’s Golf Classic since 1994.

Ken resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Wendy, and their three children, Grant, Jack and Riley.
