Paula Ansara-Wilhelm brings more than 20 years of marketing and branding expertise to the Miracles for Kids board along with clear vision about how to further position the charity for more long term sustainability.
As the driving force behind many highly visible advertising and branding campaigns in Southern California, she began her career at an Orange County based advertising agency, where she worked on such high profile accounts as Taco Bell, Yamaha, and International House of Pancakes (IHOP). Ansara-Wilhelm then headed her own design firm where she developed and managed the creative campaigns for Cendant Corporation, the parent company of Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and E.R.A. In true Ansara-Wilhelm fashion, to better understand the needs of real estate agents, she also became a licensed real estate agent. In 2000, Ansara-Wilhelm helped launch Strada Properties in her role as vice president of marketing & creative where she carved out her niche as a premier advertising and branding expert.
Ansara-Wilhelm’s latest venture is as co-founder and Chief Creative & Marketing Officer for Surterre Properties, the luxury real estate boutique headquartered in Newport Beach with a second office in Laguna Beach. In this capacity she has developed and managed the company’s advertising and branding efforts and works closely with Surterre’s top agents throughout the competitive Orange County luxury marketplace. Under her leadership, Surterre Properties’ branding and advertising campaigns have gained insurmountable attention and have been imitated by competitors throughout the country.
Ansara-Wilhelm’s allegiance to Miracles for Kids culminates after years of volunteering for numerous charities at every level possible. She instilled the importance of charity with her son, Brandon, and in 2006, the two of them set out to Fiji with Free Wheel Chair Mission to distribute wheel chairs to less fortunate throughout the country where wheel chairs are sparse. Ansara-Wilhelm has been active in School Power as well as the American Cancer Society. She considers herself fortunate to reside in Laguna Beach with her husband and son.
