The Miracles for Kids Corporate Donor Program is an exciting and innovative way for your company to make a difference in the lives of children with life-threatening illnesses in our community. We offer a Program that will not only inspire your employees, clients and partners, but will bring them closer together, providing your company with a new level of teamwork and giving.

Below are a few examples of the many ways that companies have enhanced their office culture with charity-based fundraising:

auto-deduct program
The implementation of an automatic payroll deduction program, which allows employees to contribute though their paychecks is a very successful way to engage employees in continual support of Miracles for Kids. Employees select an amount to deduct per paycheck, one per quarter or per year, and management institutes a system to set aside funds for the charity. To provide incentives to it employees, many companies also match all or a percentage of the amount that is raised each month, allowing them to show their support of the organization as well.

inter-office fundraising
Inter-Office fundraising is an innovative way to bring Miracles for Kids into your corporate culture, by instituting fun events and programs throughout the year. Some examples we have used in the past include:

Bid for Miracles: One-day auctions of specialty items, such as sports, theater or amusement park tickets through the internal email system. This gets employees bidding against each other and brings an element of excitement to the office.

Park for Miracles: Reserve one parking space close to the office for the winner of a bingo game, quiz, or other interactive game. This can be done once per month during a lunch hour.

Dress Down for Miracles: Institute an incentive program, such as “Jeans for a Month”, where employees can contribute small amounts in return for the ability to dress casual on a given day during the month.

These are just a few ideas that our corporate donors have used in the past to get their employees involved in supporting Miracles for Kids. We can help you create the programs that are right for your company.
