Tayah Wozniak - Programs Manager

Mrs. Tayah Wozniak comes to Miracles for Kids with a background in Public Health with an emphasis in socio-cultural and diversity program planning and evaluation. Mrs. Wozniak serves as the Programs Manager at Miracles for Kids.  She is excited to bring efficiency to the Programs Department to serve more families in need. 

Born and raised in Indiana, Mrs. Wozniak came to California to study at Azusa Pacific University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology, where she conducted undergraduate research and became published in the Journal of Molecular and Biochemical Parasitology. She then worked for the University of California, Los Angeles in a research laboratory for the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department.  Afterwards, she pursued and graduated with a Masters of Public Health from University of California, Irvine. She comes to us from Hoag’s Community Benefit Program where she developed an evaluation and tracking tool for measuring the performance of grantees through analysis of outcomes reports. 

Ultimately, she wants to encourage the progression of health quality and access, promoting the empowerment of individuals for behavior change. It is her goal to educationally equip people for aptitude in healthcare and prevention, especially for those at greatest risk and disadvantage. 

Mrs. Wozniak has been going on annual mission trips to the Dominican Republic through New Missions Organization since the 8thgrade and that is where she gained her love and passion for serving the under-resourced. Spending time with friends and family, traveling, sports, and volunteer work are a few of her other interests. Mrs. Wozniak resides inIrvine with her husband, Jordan Wozniak, and their Black Labrador Retriever, Asher.
