Client Story

Meet Willow

(June 2025)Willow was born just three weeks into the national COVID shutdown. Initially, her birth did not raise any significant concerns. However, by the time she was four weeks old, her parents observed unusual movements.

Due to strict COVID restrictions, they first shared a video of these irregularities with their doctor, which led to an immediate in-person consultation. After a series of examinations, baby Willow was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder.

Currently, she undergoes various therapies and takes medication to manage her condition, as no definitive treatment has been found. Despite the challenges, her family remains hopeful for a breakthrough in treatment.

Surrounded by the love of her parents and sisters, Willow’s smile serves as a source of strength for her family. Additionally, Miracles for Kids provides support by assisting with a portion of their car payment, which provides transportation stability in moments of unexpected urgent hospital and clinic visits. The family is extremely grateful for the help they receive.
