Beth Hofeldt
Director of Development
Mrs. Beth Hofeldt joined Miracles for Kids in May 2024, bringing a decade of experience in development and donor relations. She was introduced to Miracles for Kids as a volunteer with For Goodness Cakes, baking birthday cakes for our kids and their families. She is thrilled to serve as Director of Development, leading the development team to continue growing our community of supporters.
Beth began her philanthropy career in education at her alma mater, Chapman University, working as part of their advancement team in fundraising and alumni engagement. She later moved on to UC Irvine and Irvine Public Schools Foundation, gaining additional experience in a variety of roles, including prospect management and research, donor relations, annual giving programs, and database administration. Most recently, she transitioned into healthcare at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Foundation where she executed strategies that revitalized donor relations programs and lead donor recognition projects.
Beth earned her bachelor’s degree in European history and a master’s degree in leadership development, both from Chapman University. She resides in Laguna Hills with her husband, Jake, their daughter, Ginny, and their cat, Pearl. She’s a proud PTA mom and feels most at home in her kitchen, baking and cooking. She also has a love for apples, which she attributes to growing up in the Apple Capital of the World – Wenatchee, Washington.
