Mr. Perry Viscounty is a nationally recognized trial attorney at Latham & Watkins, LLP who handles high-stakes cases for companies such as Allergan, American Airlines, Apple, Adobe, craiglist, Ford, GE, Nissan, Symantec, Vizio and others. Mr. Viscounty handles intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on class actions.

The Legal 500 US frequently ranks Mr. Viscounty as a “Leading Lawyer” for Intellectual Property Litigation. Most recently, Mr. Viscounty has joined the Miracles for Kids Board of Directors because it is an organization that shares his passion for helping and empowering children and families who face difficult challenges.

Mr. Viscounty is an alumnae of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree and the University of Southern California, where he completed his Bachelor of Science.
