Sandy Morales
Sandy Morales is passionate about bringing people together to make a difference. With nearly 20 years of experience in fundraising and community engagement, she now serves as the Development Director at Miracles for Kids, where she oversees major events, donor relations, campaigns, and grants that support families with critically-ill children. She loves connecting with donors, building meaningful partnerships, and creating experiences that inspire people to give back.
Before joining Miracles for Kids, Sandy led development efforts at HomeAid Orange County, helped steer the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce as its President/CEO, and held key fundraising and event roles with Orange County United Way, and the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce. Along the way, she has managed high-performing teams, raised millions for important causes, and built strong relationships with community leaders, sponsors, and volunteers.
Sandy earned her degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona and has been active in local volunteer work for many years. Whether she’s planning a gala, mentoring her team, or brainstorming creative ways to engage supporters, Sandy brings enthusiasm, heart, and a genuine love for helping others to everything she does.
